"Do yourself a favor and stay away from State Farm. BBB gives them a C- rating for good reason. We have paid them a fortune for years. 5 vehicles on two separate policies. They recently notified us of another rate hike and that they will not be renewing our policy because we had 4 claims. Two of the claims were a rock hitting a windshield. The recent claim was another truck hit me and his insurance wasn't accepted at the collision center, so i put it through state farm who told me that they will get the reimbursement from the other company. Then they canceled my policy. Unreal!"

"Go here if you are used to terrible customer service and neglect. Terrys terrible attitude her tone of voice is one of scolding her customer , she is a piece of work. 3 cars we have we have gone to the office we ask questions about increasing prices in our policy she sees us at the door of the office and says everyone is getting an increase. Basically I’m too busy to see you. never opens here computer or sees what kind of policy we have and options to lower the rate. I’m purchasing a new home asked for a home insurance quote spoke to Andres who referred me to her l, gave her the address where we would be moving and details. 3 days later I have not received it. I called to see she then proceeds to say “ I have never spoken to you, you never requested a policy quote from me”. With a tone of Basically accusing me of lying well that took me to the edge. I can put up with many things but never a person who comes out as rude and annoyed for doing her job. I changed to another office on griffin and 75. I cannot be happier they lowed my rate by 40$ a month with better options. She did me a favor my pissung me off and I moving my accounts."

The dealer can’t send the parts to the car repair shop because State Farm doesn’t send the payments. What a shame State Farm. As customers, we pay on time every months, but you careless about your clients. Total gangsters. What a sad system we live in. Insurance companies are a complete scam.
